Why "Only in Utah..."? Well, as a recently returned Utahan I encounter wonderful, glorious, humorous and hideous things daily that could really only happen to me "out here", in Utah. (For instance, using and repeatedly hearing the phrase "out here", "out there", it's all pure poetry, our Utah speak.) I find it of interest, if you do too, welcome. I find it kinda funny, if you do too, bless your heart.
